Thank you for choosing the ōndo. Each piece is carefully prepared, packed, and shipped with attention to detail so it arrives safely and ready to be lived with.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and where we ship.
General Shipping Information
- Orders are typically prepared within 2–6 business days before dispatch.
- All orders ship from our fulfillment partner in the United Arab Emirates.
- Orders are shipped to a single delivery address per order.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.
- Orders may occasionally be shipped in separate parcels, and items ordered together may not arrive on the same day.
- We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
- Certain locations may be classified as remote or extended delivery areas by our courier partners. In rare cases where additional delivery charges apply, our team will contact you before dispatch to confirm any required surcharge. You will always have the option to proceed or cancel your order at this stage.
Delivery and processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order is handed over to the courier, delivery timing is outside of our control.

United Arab Emirates
- Standard delivery: AED 20
- Free standard delivery on orders over AED 250
- Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days
Taxes & Duties
- UAE orders are subject to applicable local VAT.
Shipping Errors & Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
- Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may incur additional shipping fees.
- If an order is returned to us due to address issues or unpaid customs charges, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We work with reliable delivery partners that provide tracking and delivery confirmation for all orders.
If a package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the courier.
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. In cases of confirmed loss during transit, we will arrange a replacement where possible.
